A previously blue collar neighborhood, South Wedge has become another student favorite as of late. Rents are cheaper there, with a typical one bedroom rent running at about $500 a month, studios at $400. Great places in the area include Lux Lounge, Godiva's, India House, and Highland Park. Want a more grown up neighborhood in Rochester NY? Corn Hill is a great neighborhood for young professionals and families alike. Located close to downtown, it is like its own little village.
